1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Anand Creation, we strive to deliver your beautiful outfits as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Order Processing: All orders are verified and dispatched from our boutique in Panipat within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location in India.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a status update in your Account Dashboard and a notification via WhatsApp/Email.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene for premium ethnic wear, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Strict No-Return Policy

All sales are final. We highly encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, fabric details, and sizing before confirming your purchase.

Exception for Defective/Damaged Items:

We perform rigorous quality checks before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a severely damaged or genuinely incorrect product, we will provide a resolution provided the following conditions are strictly met:

  • You must contact our Support Team via WhatsApp (+91 8901048113) within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  • You must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited Unboxing Video showing the package being opened from its original sealed state, clearly displaying the shipping label and the defect.
  • Without an unedited unboxing video, no claims for damage, missing items, or wrong items will be entertained.
  • If the claim is verified, our team will guide you on the next steps for a replacement of the same item. Refunds are not provided.

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is verified, it immediately goes into our processing system. Therefore, order cancellations are not permitted once the payment has been completed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
